Join the “Flying Ray”, a 60ft power catamaran, for a one and a half hour ride across the Caribbean Sea. Experience the true feeling of cruising to another island as St. Lucia slowly disappears behind you and Martinique unfolds before you. Have fun with the captain and crew aboard this cruiser and shop to your heart’s content in beautiful Martinique. Disembark in Fort de France, the capital of Martinique for shopping at the “ Savane”, along “Le Boulevard General de Gaulle” or in the many quaint boutiques that line the streets. One of the largest department stores “Roger Albert”, known for it’s great buys on fine china, crystal, perfumes, jewelry, and much more, is only a three-minute walk away from the dock. Wander at your leisure to visit “La Bibliotheque Schoelcher”, designed by the architect Henri Picq, a metallic structure fabricated in Paris, transported and remounted in Martinique. It now houses over 300,000 books. The “Cathedrale Saint Louis” inaugurated in 1895 and the “Fort Saint Louis”. All are places of historical interest, located in the heart of Fort De France, which are not to be missed while exploring and shopping in the capital. Rejoin the boat to cross the Baie de Fort de France to Anse Noire to enjoy a delicious barbeque lunch on board. Swim, snorkel, or laze on the beach, to your heart’s content. After a day on this French paradise, we re-board the catamaran for our journey back to St. Lucia. Spot a few dolphins or whales on the return trip to add to the excitement of it all. It is a day of fun, exploration, discovery, and excitement that is not to be missed! This tour price includes all transfers and departure taxes from St. Lucia and Martinique, all beverages on board the boat, and lunch.
